History
(I) Department Milestones
The Department of Business Administration was established in 1969 as the Business Administration Program in the Five-Year Junior College Division. In 2002, it was officially upgraded to the Department of Business Administration, admitting one class of students in the Two-Year Institutes of Technology (Day Division). In 2003, the department began admitting one class of students in the Four-Year Institutes of Technology (Evening Division). In 2004, the department established the "Business Administration Track" within the Graduate School of Business. In 2009, the department ceased admitting students to the Two-Year Junior College day program, and began admitting students in the Four-Year Institutes of Technology day program. In 2010, the department introduced an elite class for Five-Year Junior College students. In 2016, it merged with the university's Graduate School of Business.

(II) Program Structure Introduction
Each year, the Department admits students into the following divisions and classes, as shown in the table below: The Junior College Division includes 1 class each for the Five-Year Junior College (Day Division) and the Two-Year Junior College (Continuing Education Division). The Undergraduate Division includes 1 class each for the Two-Year Institutes of Technology and the Four-Year Institutes of Technology (Day Division), 3 classes for the Two-Year Institutes of Technology and 1 class for the Four-Year Institutes of Technology (Continuing Education Division). The Master’s Programs includes 1 class for the MBA, 2 classes for the EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) and the Master’s Industrial Co-op Program is available through a special application.
