In line with the university’s educational goals and development strategy, the department aims to cultivate professional business management personnel who meet the needs of the industry. Through a well-structured curriculum, a strong faculty team and the integration of diverse resources, we strive to achieve our educational objectives. Business administration encompasses areas such as production, marketing, human resources, research and development, information systems and finance. Accordingly, the educational objectives of the Junior College Division, Undergraduate Division and Master’s Programs are outlined as follows:
(I)、 Junior College Division Educational Objectives.
- Students in the Junior College Division (including the Two-Year Junior College and the Five-Year Junior College programs) are trained to develop a solid foundation in business management. The program focuses on nurturing entry-level management professionals with innovation and integration capabilities to support sustainable business development.
(II)、 Undergraduate Division Educational Objectives.
- Students in the Undergraduate Division (including the Two-Year and Four-Year Institutes of Technology programs) are prepared with essential business management knowledge. The goal is to cultivate both entry-level and mid-level management professionals who possess innovation and integration capabilities, contributing to the sustainability of businesses and enterprises.
(III)、 Master's Programs Educational Objectives.
- The MBA program focuses on equipping students with expertise in technology and innovation management, marketing and distribution management, and organizational and strategic management. The objective is to cultivate mid- to senior-level professionals with innovation and integration capabilities to drive sustainable business development.
- The EMBA program emphasizes business innovation, management, and operational analysis. It aims to develop senior-level executive leaders with strong innovation and integration capabilities to promote sustainable growth within organizations.
